Our stay at Pensione Olanda was a delightful experience for our family. The charming property, overlooking Lake Maggiore, provided a unique and cozy atmosphere that was a refreshing change from standard hotels. Andrea, the hard-working owner, made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived.As a family with young children, we appreciated the inclusive amenities and activities available. Our youngest, just under 2 years old, found joy in exploring the spacious outdoor sitting area while we enjoyed the panoramic views with a cup of coffee in hand. The serene environment offered a safe space for our family to unwind and connect.The proximity to picturesque Ascona and the Verzasca Valley provided us with exciting day trip opportunities, ensuring that both adults and children alike were entertained. The availability of a small grocery store within walking distance made it convenient for us to cater to our family's needs.Pensione Olanda's welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly features make it a top choice for those seeking a laid-back and inclusive Alpine experience. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Locarno.
